Warner Construction is an affiliate of the R.W. Warner companies. Founded in 1937 by Reese Warner, Sr. and subsequently run by Bill Warner, Jr., R.W. Warner is now a third generation firm, owned and operated by President Matthew M. Warner. The parent company,
R.W. Warner, provides plumbing and HVAC systems for large
commercial buildings. Other companies include Warner Service (residential/commercial plumbing & HVAC service), Warner Industrial (industrial plumbing & HVAC service), Kaempf & Harris (custom sheet metal), and Kennedy Fire Protection (fire sprinkler systems). Warner Construction was founded in 1993 and has been growing ever since.
