This two-phase project consisted of site improvements including utilities, parking lots, landscape, site lighting, exterior signage, modifications to existing roads and the addition of a bottomless arched bridge over an adjoining lake outfall. As the first commercial project incorporated into the surrounding residential area, great care was taken to integrate the retail center into this planned community known for it’s open green spaces without disruption to quality of life during construction. The construction phase was undertaken prior to fully leasing all retail bays. Foresight was given to future use and measures were implemented to save both time and money in the tenant build-out phase. The exterior was designed to delininiate individual spaces by alternating brick and stucco façades as well as towers and awnings, to give each storefront unique character.
