Warner Construction assisted in design, provided cost analysis and implemented cost-saving measures to deliver the desired project within budget. Three buildings with 23 office/warehouse bays were constructed using a pre-engineered building system in conjunction with exterior split face CMU bearing walls and structural steel. Exterior façades were re-designed to give the overall complex the appearance of an office building to conform to the aesthetics of the surrounding rural area. Storefronts, overhead doors and office mezzanine supports were constructed and mechanical, electrical and plumbing services were provided for future tenant build-out. Site developement consisted of landscape, streetscapes and public utilities including septic fields, well systems, electric, gas,
telephone and data.
