FCF Church Renovation

Occupied, phased renovation of a 43k SF church centered around the installation of a 5k SF (500 seat) structural steel mezzanine. Scope of work includes selective demolition; construction of a mezzanine, stairs, and roof dormers; reconfiguration of existing interior partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, and lighting; related mechanical, electrical, and structural improvements.
