Carriage House Inn

Carriage house inn project was a renovation to the exterior patio seating area and a new entry vestibule. The patio renovation included a new steel structure including skylights and fan. The perimeter fence of the patio was replaced with a stone wall to help add privacy to the dining area and added an architectural feature that added a modern touch to a 100 plus year old building. The vestibule addition was an extension of the reception area mimicking the interior finishes wile giving them a thermal barrier between the dining room and the exterior elements.
