CMC Steel Fab Plant

Warner Construction provided 4 auxiliary buildings to support the new CMC steel mill in Martinsburg, West Virginia. We provided foundations, Slab on grade, and PEMB erection for 3 building. We provided foundation, Slab on grade, PEMB erection and Interior fit out at 1 building (mill Service). The challenges were a Fast-paced, schedule-driven client, and rock breaking for foundations.
